Questions
- How long does it take?
- Most portraits ship within 2–4 business days and arrive about a week after you order. You can also pick a ship date to time it with closing day.
- Can I see it before I pay?
- Yes. We paint a real preview of the house in the style you pick, with your buyer's name on it, before you pay. You get 5 free previews per order.
- What photo should I use?
- Paste the listing link and pick the front-of-house photo, or upload your own. A straight-on daylight photo of the front works best, and a quick phone photo often beats the listing photo. Use only photos you took or have permission to use.
- Does my buyer see the price?
- Never. The package includes the portrait and your gift note, with no prices or receipts.
- Can I get a digital copy?
- Yes. Buy the digital file on its own for $29, or add it to any print for $10. We email you a high-resolution file, perfect for a "congrats on your new home" post.
- What if something goes wrong?
- If it arrives damaged or doesn't look like the home, we'll reprint it free.
