Welcome Home Portraits (“we,” “us”) is operated by Homegrown Digital LLC, 34287 Savannah Ct., Chesterfield, MI 48047.
What we collect
From agents: name, email, brokerage, optional logo, payment details (handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers), and the house photos you upload. From you about your buyer: their name, shipping address, and an optional gift note.
How we use it
To create your portrait, print it, ship it, and send you order updates. Buyer information is used only to deliver the gift. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us fill your order: our payment processor, our print and shipping partner, our image-processing provider, and our email provider.
How long we keep it
Buyer shipping addresses are deleted 90 days after delivery. Order records and uploaded photos are kept so you can reorder, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing us.
