Welcome Home Portraits (“we,” “us”) is operated by Homegrown Digital LLC, 34287 Savannah Ct., Chesterfield, MI 48047.
Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Homegrown Digital LLC ("Welcome Home Portraits," "we," "us"). By ordering, you agree to them.
Your photos
For each photo you give us, whether you upload it or point us to a listing page, you confirm that you have the right to use it to create, print, and ship a portrait as a gift. This includes listing photos, which are often owned by a photographer or a listing service. You give us permission to use the photo for your order. If you did not have that right, you are responsible for it, and you agree to cover any claims, costs, and damages that we face because of it. We keep a record of where each photo came from (your upload or the listing link) with your order.
The artwork
Portraits are created with the help of AI and are artistic interpretations of the home. Small differences from the photo are part of the style.
Orders and payment
Prices include US shipping. Payment is taken at checkout. Prepaid packs do not expire.
Acceptable use
Do not upload photos of people, offensive content, or images you do not have rights to.
Digital files
A digital file is for personal use: printing, framing, and sharing the portrait, including on social media. You may not resell it or use it to make products for sale.
Referral program
If you have a Welcome Home Portraits account, you can share your personal referral link. A new customer who orders through your link gets 15% off their first order. After that order ships, we add a $20 credit to your account.
Who counts as a new customer
Someone who has never ordered from us before. Each new customer can use a referral discount once, on their first order only. We may decline a referral if the account, email address, payment method, or shipping address matches an existing customer.
Referral credits
Credits are added after the referred order ships. If that order is canceled or refunded, the credit is removed (or, if already used, deducted from a later credit). Credits can be used toward future orders on welcomehomeportraits.com. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be transferred or sold. There's no limit on how many credits you can earn. Credits do not expire.
Combining offers
The 15% referral discount can't be combined with other discount codes or used to buy portrait packs. Account credits can be used with any order.
Referral fair play
You may not refer yourself, create extra accounts, or use misleading claims, spam, or paid ads that use our name to share your link. You're responsible for following the laws and rules that apply to how you share it, including email and texting laws and your brokerage's policies. If we believe the program is being misused, we may withhold or remove credits and end your participation.
Referral taxes
You're responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive. If the law requires it, we may ask for tax information and issue tax forms.
Real estate rules
The referral reward is for referring another agent to buy portraits from us. It is not payment for referring any home buyer, seller, or real estate service. You're responsible for making sure taking part is allowed by your brokerage and the rules that apply to you.
Changes to the referral program
We may change or end the referral program at any time by updating these terms. Credits you've already earned will still be honored.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to reprinting it or refunding what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
