Refund and Reprint Policy

Welcome Home Portraits (“we,” “us”) is operated by Homegrown Digital LLC, 34287 Savannah Ct., Chesterfield, MI 48047.
Free reprints
If your portrait arrives damaged, or doesn't clearly look like the home, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it free.
Spelling
You approve the name and text before checkout. If we print something different from what you approved, we'll reprint it free.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund until your portrait is sent to print. Because each portrait is custom-made, we can't refund it after printing begins, except as described above.
Digital files
Because a digital file can't be returned, it can't be refunded once it has been delivered to you. If the file is damaged or doesn't match the preview you approved, we'll fix it or refund it.
Packs
Unused portraits in a pack can be refunded within 60 days of purchase.
